What We Do

Over the past year, we worked successfully to raise the MA minimum wage to be the highest in the country, and played a key role in passing Earned Sick Time on the MA ballot, giving greater dignity and health security to 1 million MA workers. Now, we are working together on racial justice campaigns around criminal justice reform and immigrant rights, and working to increase state revenue for education and transportation.

How We Work

To transform our communities, we support and connect community leaders, and build deep relationships across race, class, and faith lines. Through conversations and deep listening, our leaders identify key problems affecting our most vulnerable communities and strategize how to solve them. Then, using our and programs that affect our lives, through community meetings, prayer vigils, creative media events, signature gathering, among other tactics.
